Required by State Law, through the Fair Political Practices Commission website, which must be renewed every two years. Once completed, you will receive a completion certificate, in PDF format, which you need to email to rosters@empowerla.org. Please be sure that the certificate indicates 2-hour minimum duration for the training.

Required in order to vote on the expenditure of public funds the NC manages; Treasurers and Second Signers are required to do the live training.  After watching the 20-minute online video, please be sure to fill out the registration form to confirm your completion.
